These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the services provided by PowerCleaner ("we", "us", "our") to clients ("you", "your", "Customer"). By booking our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Offered

PowerCleaner provides professional exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• Window Cleaning (interior/exterior)

• Gutter Cleaning

• Roof Cleaning

• Pressure Washing

• Softwash Treatments

• Solar Panel Cleaning

Each service is conducted using appropriate tools, products, and safety measures to ensure quality results without damaging surfaces.

2. Service-Specific Conditions

a. Window Cleaning

• We clean windows, sills, frames, and screens (if accessible).

• Hard water stains, paint, or construction debris removal must be requested separately.

• Ensure all windows are securely closed prior to our arrival.

b. Gutter Cleaning

• We remove debris and flush downspouts as part of a standard clean.

• Gutter repair or replacement is not included unless separately contracted.

• We are not liable for water damage due to pre-existing clogs or improper installation.

c. Roof Cleaning

• We offer low-pressure roof washing (softwash) to safely remove moss, algae, and stains.

• Roof cleaning does not include repairs or structural assessments.

• Older or fragile roofs may shed granules or show signs of pre-existing wear.

d. Pressure Washing

• Used on driveways, walkways, patios, decks, and some building exteriors.

• We assess each surface prior to cleaning and may recommend softwash for delicate materials.

• We are not responsible for damage to surfaces with existing cracks, paint failure, or wear.

e. Softwash Treatments

• A low-pressure cleaning system used for siding, roofs, and exterior surfaces.

• Effective for mold, algae, mildew, and organic buildup.

• Cleaning agents are biodegradable and safe for plants when used as directed.

f. Solar Panel Cleaning

• Panels are cleaned using purified water and soft brushes.

• We do not perform electrical testing or system diagnostics.

• Access must be safe and compliant with local safety standards.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

• Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment.

• A $50 late cancellation fee applies to cancellations made within 24 hours or for missed appointments.

4. Access Requirements

You must provide:

• Unobstructed access to service areas (windows, roof, gutters, panels, etc.)

• A functioning outdoor water supply and, if needed, a power outlet

• A safe and stable environment for ladder or roof access

• Advance notice of pets, alarms, or restricted areas

We are not responsible for incomplete service due to blocked access or safety concerns.

5. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing is provided as an estimate and confirmed after on-site inspection.

• Payment is due upon service completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer.

• Late payments (past 7 days) may incur a 10% weekly late fee.

6. No fuss, Satisfaction Guarantee

• Notify us within 24 hours of service completion if you are dissatisfied.

• We will return to address any reasonable concerns at no additional cost.

• Guarantee does not cover post-service issues not directly related to the cleaning.

7. Liability & Insurance

PowerCleaner is insured for liability and follows industry best practices. However, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or poorly maintained surfaces

• Damage due to improper construction, aging roofs, or faulty gutters

• Leaks caused by failed seals, open windows, or structural issues

All claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.

8. Environmental Conditions

• Services may be postponed due to severe weather (e.g., high winds, heavy rain).

• We will contact you promptly to reschedule at no additional charge.

9. Changes to Terms

PowerCleaner reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website and apply to future services.
